I DONT HAVE THE TIME
The universal caveat for every entrepreneur, ceo, director and business owner !
If you dont make time for your health you will be forced to make time for illness thats for sure. But in the absence of illness how many of you actually perform to your POTENTIAL daily ??
I dont mean get through the day, i mean live at you TRUE POTENTIAL ??
You may be making 200k per annum, getting to the gym twice a week, managing sex with your partner once a week if your lucky, seeing the kids for 10 mins a day, downing a bottle of wine a night, trudging though the day and hitting your minimum quota…..
BUT

- EXCEEDING TARGETS

- MORE TIME WITH THE KIDS

True success is about growth, living on purpose and having the physical energy and mindset to achieve this and to do it you have to be in the best shape possible to consistently
