case study

a present client of mine works between leeds and london and has a hectic schedule to say the least and lives in hotels 2-3 nights a week

solution

we have 3 strength based workouts we do each wk comprising of only 2 exercises per session ( max 30 minutes long)

on 2 days in between we do a short sharp sprint session lasting no more than 15 mins inc warm up

 

so in total theres 5 session a week with weekends off and total training time of 120 minutes per week

 

Result

we have seen the following;

3 inches from waist

chest 1 inch bigger

arms 0.5 inch bigger

thighs 1.5 inch bigger

weight 6 lbs lighter !!

Quite a dramatic return from only 8 wks on the programme with such short sessions

Nutrition

simplicity was key here, every meal had to have 2 palms of protein and the rest of the plate filled with different coloured veggies.

He had to have 2 handfuls of mixed nuts per day and take zinc and magnesium before bed each night.

Water intake for his bodyweight was 3 litres per day.

LIFESTYLE

every day workouts were planned in before work

food was prepped the night before

no phone/laptop or tv 30 mins before bed, only reading allowed to improve sleep

alcohol was only to be consumed on weekend with only vodka and gin allowed and max over the wkend of 4 drinks.

adherence to just these simple principles has made dramatic changes in energy levels, sleep quality and overall mood with 4 weeks left of our first 90 day coaching block
