If it were money we would spend it wisely but, when it comes to time

I DONT HAVE THE TIME !

are the most common words used by people who dont achieve what they want.

This is much like the classic film brewsters millions where he had to spend all the money left to him in the month he was given.

BUT

The choice is do you spend your time empowering others, learning, moving towards what you want, spending time with people you want and doing what you love or are you just frittering it all away on things that dont mattter ?

I suggest you do an exercise i ask my clients to do which is to audit how you spend your day

* what do you do for 30 mins when you wake up

* what do you listen to in the car

* what do you do before bed

* what time do you exercise

* do you mess around at work and get home late

Step by step write out how you spend your day and see how much time you could have if you stopped pissing around and shuffling papers and just focused on key task and and key activities that made you happy ?
