06 Dec Achieve More in a Week than your Rivals do in a Month

Im big on success and productivity and with my business and fitness clients we are constantly looking at collapsing time to get better results in a shorter time. in business, having more energy, confidence and strength can add massively to the bottom line !!
By bottom line i mean,
* more calls and sales
* better presenting skills
* work effortlessly with 15 coffees a day
* your other half not being able to jeep their hands of you

one thing we can never get more of is time, people say to make time for things and that’s simply a matter of doing what’s important rather than what’s unimportant.

my golden rules to get more done and succeed

>
 
1. Get very clear on what you want to achieve
>
 
2. Work out with your coach/ mentor what you need to do to achieve this
>
 
3. Be honest if your prepared to do the required work
>
 
4. Write down the daily, weekly, monthly tasks needed
>
 
5. Weekly and monthly benchmarks so you know if you are on track 
>
 
6. Review benchmarks and adjust course accordingly with your coach
>
So this week, spend 20 minutes Sunday night to set up your week for success
>
plan what you are gonna do, remove the stories and the bullshit, realise you will never get this week back so make the most of it and start living properly ahead of 2016
>
>
thats what separates successful people , it’s not genetics, upbringing or location or schooling. It’s the ability to relentlessly pursue the daily tasks that get you what you want !!
>
>
on a webinar recently I heard,
>
” achieving success is doing the things you need to do, when you don’t want to do them”
>
when end it comes to exercise, doing. Workout once in a while won’t get you the body you desire !!
 >
>
when it comes to food, eating one good meal a week won’t get you full of energy, good skin and reduced body fat !
>
>
its about grinding out the things you need to day most of the time (at least 80 %) . 100% compliance 100% of the time is not achievable in my honest opinion. Every has a meal off their eating plan, every goes out for the day and doesn’t hit the gym now and again. So don’t worry about having to hire the gym 365 days a year !!
