theres only usually 2 ways to dominate your sector/ local market

either

tear down all the competitors so your left with the tallest building

or

BUILD THE TALLEST BUILDING YOURSELF !

Which on do you think is the best ?

Its rather simple

Most people are more bothered with what others are doing rather than building there own tallest building.

I hear bodybuilders worried about what condition others will turn up in on the day, business people studying the weaknesses constantly in their rivals, self employed people studying other rivals prices and undercutting them…… and so on.

1. Get clear on what you want

2. draw up the road map to get their

3. get a coach to hold you accountable to all the small steps you need to take

4. measure, manage, adapt

5. dominate your sector, place, body  & WIN !!!!!!!!

Voila !

It ain’t rocket science and as we know common sense ain’t common practise.

So stop worrying about what you cant control and put all your focus on what you can control today and everyday thereafter.
