Dont be scared to fail, otherwise you wont succeed is the key that all winners know and live by.

Failure is a term we use to describe an outcome which is merely a result.

Results are simply that, we add whatever meaning to it we choose !

If we dont get the outcome we want in any given situation we can look at the learnings from it and go again.

OR we can say we failed, and never try again and ultimately never succeed.

That sadly is the most common think=g i hear where fear of failure stops us succeeding

1. dont view things as a matter of win or lose, look at them  as learning experiences and whatever outcome we receive we learn and move forwards

2. taking action is a must to achieve what we desire and there will always be outcomes to this action !

3. dont wait and suffer from perfectionism, this can paralyse your journey and the longer you wait the bigger the weight on your shoulders. Simply ready, fire, aim !!! as the great book by the same title suggests. most of us go Ready, aim, aim, aim, aim, aim, aim and sometimes never even fire !!!
