  2. short and often always beats long but infrequent sessions.
  3. all the above can be done in a hotel room and small areas

  1. sharper mind through being fitter – if we have the endorphins and feel good factor we feel better and are better leaders
  2. confidence – knowing you have done your daily positive workout puts you in a confident state  as does looking better !
  3. sell better – being fitter and looking better gives you confidence to be a more dynamic presenter and fearless salesperson.
  4. lower resting pulse, less bodyfat, less risk of major diseases , reduced risk of diabetes and all that stuff you already know anyway…..
  5. better sex life – losing the muffin top and wearing better clothes will have you wanting the lights on not off when its comes down to fun time !
